2018 Easter Illustration for my social media and for my NFP graphic design team.
Fat Easter Egg: Straight forward idea, this references the idea that people eat too much chocolate during Easter. I decide to use the Easter egg as the representation of people, without offending anyone in particular. I also have deliberately over decorated the Easter egg as a reference to how kids or Easter lovers may decorate their Easter eggs. The heart of this illustration is to give my wishes to everyone celebrating Easter as a fun, original piece of work.
Below: A rough sketch of the Fat Easter Egg. I first drew a sketch in Photoshop, then worked on the line art in Illustrator, I then went back into Photoshop and coloured and finalised it.
The Fat Easter Egg was my first idea for an Easter Social Media picture. I originally was tasked by my NFP Graphic design team (POP Creative from Colosoul Group Inc.) to create an Easter picture for their social media. At first, I originally came up with the Fat Easter Egg but then decided to create another one, for the risk that the Fat Easter Egg may trigger some audiences. I decided to use the Fat Easter Egg for my own social media, and create a more "saint" or innocent Easter picture. This was an simplified Easter egg surfing on a hot cross bun. It still represents my style, but at least this saint Easter egg is friendlier and "safe".

I still stick by my Fat Easter egg as I think it best represents my personality, humour and style.

Have a good Easter (not Friday): my wishes to have a Good Easter not just a Good Friday.
Below: A reprised version since the Social Media team thought it may confuse audiences that we don't want to wish them a Good Friday. People aren't that dumb, aren't they?
Thank you for viewing my work! Hope you enjoy my Easter Illustrations.
These were posted on my Social Media during Easter, so I'm a little late here.
